  • Getting help from a therapist who's a Registered Social Worker and a member of Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT) has big advantages. These therapists have special training in helping with both personal and family issues. They're really good at understanding how things are connected and work together. Plus, they follow important rules about how to help and treat people fairly. This kind of therapy can help families and individuals grow.

  • During family therapy, a trained therapist from our team facilitates open discussions and activities to improve communication, address conflicts, strengthen relationships within the family, and/or support a family member who is experiencing challenges.

  • It takes strength and courage to recognize challenges and actively work towards resolving them. Our family therapists can provide valuable support and guidance for families. If you’re feeling unsure about attending family therapy, please reach out to us for a 20-minute consultation. There is no pressure or obligation to book an appointment.

  • Written consent is required for children to participate in family therapy. We can discuss the specific consent requirements and any confidentiality considerations during the initial free 20-minute consultation.

  • We understand the demands of a busy and sometimes unpredictable life. We strive to maintain clear communication and provide flexibility while also ensuring fairness to all clients. To assist you in managing your appointments effectively, we provide appointment reminders.

    If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours beforehand. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost.

    No shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service cost.
