Free Consultation

Book a 20-minute free consultation (virtual or phone) to find out if our services are the right fit for you.

Fees

Services are $225 for 60 minutes. Family therapy sessions are 75 minutes in length for a total of $281.25 per session.

We aim to make the process as smooth as possible by offering direct billing to most insurance companies and accepting debit payments at the conclusion of each session.

For anyone not covered or those who do not have health benefits coverage with an employer, you can claim our counselling services as a tax-deductible health expense.

In person and online options

For your convenience, we provide online and in-person family therapy services.

Cancellation and no-show policy

We understand the demands of a busy and sometimes unpredictable life. We strive to maintain clear communication and provide flexibility while also ensuring fairness to all clients. To assist you in managing your appointments effectively, we provide you with an appointment reminder. If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours beforehand. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. No shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service cost.

We offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.

Please print and complete forms. Email the completed form(s) to info@yycfamilytherapy.ca prior to your first appointment or bring it to your first therapy session.
